It's not fancy. Sushi is 1 to 2 steps above Sams Club sushi. I recommend sitting at the counter where you can select the sushi you want from the conveyor belt. Everything is $3.95 on the conveyor belt. Other menu items can be ordered on the screen above each seat. The items have name cones the preceed the plates so you know what it is. Plates are covered, you push down on cover, lid pops up and you take the plates which the items sit on. Plates general consist of 2 slices of a roll, 4 for smaller. Nigiri can be found there as well. And edame and cucumber salad. From the touchscreen above, you can order all items on the conveyor belt and more. For example, I ordered tempura ($9 for very little), spicy tuna hand roll ($4) and takoyaki ($4). There are more hand rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and rolls. Ramen can be found as well ($10-$12). You special ordered items zip straight you and stop in front of you on the upper belt. To register the plate count, you only drop the saucer plates in a slot in front of you on the table. Don't put food or the small brown dishes in the slot. Drinks are brought out by a robot. For 16 plates + 1 green tea + 1 tempura plate + 10% tip, we pa

Absolutely love this place! We really like the smaller portions, if you try something and just not feeling it its not a big waste as a whole roll. The staff are very attentive when called and the robot that brings items is a nice touch. Would highly recommend to anyone. Our go to sushi spot lately

The food is good. Everything is automated. Very minimal human interaction. A robot brings you your drinks. The food is on the main conveyor belt. You can separately order and that food comes on the top conveyor. It is pricey. Roughly $4 per plate depending on what you order could be more. So you can easily spend $20 to $30. Depending on the sushi you select it could be 1 to 4 pieces per plate. The food is good. It is clean. The restrooms are equipped with bidets and automatic wash stations. The reasons I would not rate this a five is because I don't think it's enough food, its difficult to ask for extra sauce, and feeling hungry after having spent roughly $30. Because everything is automated, the employee in the front will only go to your table if you request it on the screen so they don't check in on you. The seating is semi-private but you can still see each other through the conveyor belt.

We stopped by on a Friday afternoon. We were seated quickly. We were excited to try the Hello Kitty items. The Hello Kitty Avocado dream donut was really good, as was the Pompompurin Tempura roll, that was my favorite. Service was good.

Kura is an experience. Thatβs what youβre coming here for. Youβre here to have sushi delivered to you on a conveyor belt. They have done an excellent job Americanizing this Japanese staple. Youβll be fascinated by this - for the first hour. After that, youβll find many of the plates are already opened by the time it cruises by. At least 50-60%. We came 2 hours before closing and was seated close to the kitchen, so itβs clear that the chef needs to accelerate food production. Most plates, except for special orders, were 3.80 as of this writing. This is expensive, considering a California roll at a near by sushi restaurant (Jin sushi) costs 8.50 for 8 large pieces. Youβre going to get 3 very small pieces here. The soy sauce is delivered in an annoyingly small bottle that you have to repeatedly shake just to get a few drops. Wasabi is ordered in advanced. Both myself and my neighbor ordered it and waited well into the dinner before we received it- after asking multiple times. Strange considering how this is a sushi experience staple in the us. In summary, this is a novelty. Enjoy it, go home and talk about it. Donβt look at the check because you paid a mark up for the experience-
